| 摘 要： | 当前,工会干部教育教师队伍急剧萎缩的现象在全国各地工会院校中不同程度地存在,这与当前工会干部教育培训工作的需求极不适应。因此,有必要探索工会干部教育教师队伍萎缩的原因,找出应对措施,以稳定和壮大工会干部教育教师队伍。

| Abstract: | It is the fact that trade union colleges in all parts of the country are short of the teachers teaching in the education of trade union cadres, which can' t meet the needs of the training for the education of trade union cadres now. So, it is necessary to inquire into the causes for the shortage of teachers to take the initiative measures, and to make the ranks of the teachers in the education of trade union cadres be growing steadily. |
