The Development of Evaluation Framework for Forensic Evidence

With the development of law and science, people start to question some traditional forensic science. This paper ifrst discusses the drawbacks of traditional forensic evidence examination and the acceptance principle of the court scientiifc evidance and then introduces the forensic evidence evaluation framework based on likelihood ratio in detail, which includes quantify method of forensic evidence by using likelihood ratio, scientiifc interpret method of examination conclusion and evaluation methods of forensic recognition systems.
