| 摘 要： | 警察是一种既危险而又充满心理压力和精神创伤的职业。由于警察工作的特殊性、危险性和生活环境的恶劣性,导致大部分警察长期饮食无规律、居无定所、正常的睡眠和休息时间难以保障,这必然导致警察心理处于亚健康状态。有些警察压力过大,心理困扰长期得不到抒解,因此自杀现象逐渐增加。

| Abstract: | The police are profession full of both danger,pressure and the mental wound.For the police work has particularity,risk and the living conditions are wicked,causes most polices get long-term disorder in diet,their occupy is indefinite,and have not normal sleep and relaxation,which inevitably causes the police psychology in sub-healthy conditions.Some police are burdened with high pressure,the psychological puzzle cannot clear out for a long time,and therefore the suicide phenomenon gradually increases. |
