| Abstract: | Network information security is a major question bearing on state security,the development of the national economy and social stability.Therefore,to use the criminal law to safeguard its security has become an important subject we are facing.In China's existing criminal law, there are provisions safeguarding network information security,but,at the same time,also many imperfect parts which need very much to be improved by means of legislation. |
