| 摘 要： | 第三季度,世界政党形势总体保持稳定,但热点、亮点不少。总的看,西方国家无多数议会续有出现,欧洲保守政党＂右倾＂活动增多;越南、朝鲜、古巴等社会主义国家执政党频推新举措、不少发展中国家政党以公投、修法等形式推进本国政治发展;多国政党着力夯实党建、推进改革。
