| 摘 要： | 科学的组织训练方法是训练规范、有序、安全实施的法宝,是提高训练质量的倍增器。从事警务技能训练工作的任何个人和组织都应积极探索、深入研究警务技能训练的科学方法,为全面提升公安民警的执法（勤）素质和实战能力作贡献。文章在警务技能的组织训练方法方面,作出了初步的探讨。
