“富人被害”的犯罪学考察——从吴若甫被绑架事件说开去

近几年来,"富人被害"案件日趋严重.这种现象背后的犯罪学原因在于社会阶层结构的高度分化,城乡分治格局拉大了城乡间的贫富差距,现有的社会治安综合治理措施严重滞后,"富人"的自我防范意识薄弱.为此,应采取以下防控措施大力发展生产力,缩小社会成员间的贫富差距;重构社会心理平衡系统和调控机制;完善法制法规,建立有效的社会奖惩机制;改进犯罪控制的体系和具体措施;加强"富人"的自我防范意识,使私人保镖职业化.

A Criminological Research on "The Rich People's Being Victimized" -- Viewed from the Case of Wu Ruopu's Being Kidnapped

In recent years, the cases of the rich people's being victimized shows a serious tendency. The criminological reasons behind this phenomenon can be concluded as follows: the highly differentiated social strata; unfair distribution of social wealth between the urban and rural areas; the backward comprehensive control measures of public security; the rich people's weak consciousness of self-protection. In view of the above-mentioned facts, we should take the following preventive measures: improving our productivity forces to narrow the gap between the rich and the poor, reconstructing the psychological balance system of the social people and controlling mechanism, enhancing the self-protection consciousness of the rich people and professionalizing private bodyguards.
