| 摘 要： | 在目前的城市房屋拆迁实践中,广泛存在着无视公民基本财产权利、政府角色错位、商业利益盗用公共利益之名,补偿不公平、不合理等现象。针对这些问题,通过探求其原因,从明确政府在拆迁中的定位、合理界定公共利益、确立公平的拆迁补偿原则、信息公开等方面强化房屋拆迁中对私人财产的保护。

| Abstract: | In the current practice of urban house demolition,there is widespread phenomena that basic property rights are disregarded,government's role is dislocated,the name of the public interest is stolen by commercial interest,compensation is not fairly and unreasonable and so on.This article aims these questions,by exploring their causes to protect private property in the house demolition from the following aspects: specify the government's role in the demolition,definite the public interest reasonably,establish the fair compensation principle for the demolition and disclose the information. |
