| 摘 要： | 案例教学不同于例证教学。案例教学的关键在建立案例库,案例入库要履行严格的审查手续,入库的案例要经常更新。运用案例教学法教学须充分发挥学生主观能动性,培养学生的综合能力和创新思维。
