摘    要:劳动保护教育培训,是提高职工安全素质、扭转我国安全生产严峻形势的有力措施之一。企业要加强劳动保护教育工作的领导,使教育培训与本企业的生产实际和职工的需求相结合,提高实效性。特别是领导层增强安全意识和安全责任,对安全教育抓狠抓实,更是实现安全生产的根本保证。

Abstract:The labor protection educational training is one of the forceful measures for improving the safety qualification of the workers and turning back the severe situation existing in the process of the safe production in China. The enterprises should strengthen the leadership of the labor protection educational work, it enables the educational training work to be combined with the actual production of the enterprise and the actual needs of the wide workers so as to improve the actual effect and substantial results. In particular, the leaders should strengthen the safety consciousness and safety responsibilities, and the leaders should do a down-to-earth job for the safety education, and this is the radical guarantee for realizing the safe production.
