| Abstract: | It is important to run a university and build a harmonious campus for trade unions in colleges and universities.They should correctly deal with and give consideration to interpersonal relationships and interests relationships between teachers and students,managers and auxiliary staff members.They should not only attach importance to the construction of the rank of teachers,but only strengthen to train the cadres and give play to auxiliary staff members role.Respect knowledge,person with ability,labor and recreation. |
