| Abstract: | We put forward the strategy of managing state affairs by laying equal stress on law and morality.It is a good method to inherit history and base upon the innovation.The strategy is a prerequisite on forming the harmonious society,ap-proaches to realize it and ensuring the achievement.At the same time,only in the harmonious society can we carry out the strategy successfully and therefore they depend on each other greatly. |
