The Two Courses, the ideological course and the moral course, are monotonous, unattractive, and both teachers and students regard them as pure knowledge teaching and studying. That some leading cadre pays little attention to ideological and political work, and that ideological and moral education itself has something unscientific are also reasons for the current situation.
