2007 is the administrative and constructive year when the judicial administrative organs took the responsibilities to strengthen administrative work and regulate forensic science service activity. It is also the critical year to achieve the goal forensic expertise system reform. Judicial administrative organs all levels put emphasis on the task of ＂grasp management, establish foundation, promote development＂.
