高等院校听评课制度存在的问题与对策

教学是高等院校的中心工作,而课堂教学则是高校传授知识,培养学生基本素质的主要场所。由于对听评课的认识不充分、深入,以及很难对听课的质量进行检查,使听课流于形式。建议规定听课的节数;建立听评课质量评价体系。

Problems and Measures on Visiting and Evaluating a Class in Colleges

Teaching is the heart in the work of colleges, and classrooms become a main site for colleges to spread knowledge and train characters of students. However, the system of visiting and evaluating a class doesn't work well because most teachers cannot recognize its importance correctly and the administrator cannot find a proper way to check the effect of the system. Some suggestion is as followed: deciding necessary time for visiting and evaluating a class and establishing a system of evaluation.
