| Abstract: | Legal system modernization in ethic area is a process in which law changes from tradition to moderni-zation, it is updating and remodeling the concept of value, law and ethic. But in practice, many factors con- strain the process of legal modernization implementation, analyzing these constraints and make scientific and reasonable measures are necessary things we should do. |
