| 摘 要： | 实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦必将是中华文化的全面复兴.人民群众在实现中国梦的实践中具有主体地位,中国梦的实现依赖于国民的整体素质.科学文化素质作为主体的核心素质,包括科学素质与文化素质两个方面,科学文化素质可以为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦提供智力支持与精神动力.

| Abstract: | China Dream, which brings about a great rejuvenation of our nation, should also revitalize the Chi-nese culture in an overall rejuvenation. The masses hold the dominant role in the practice of realizing China Dream, and the realization of China Dream relies on the improvement of the overall quality of the citizens. The scientific and cultural quality is the core, which separately includes scientific quality and cultural quality. The scientific quality can provide the intellectual support and mental strength in realizing China Dream which sym-bolizes the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation. |
