| 摘 要： | 自《中华人民共和国国籍法》颁布至今，其对中国国籍的取得、丧失和恢复方面的管理起到了一定的积极作用。但在司法实践中还存在一些有待完善的地方，主要表现在儿童和成人的双重国籍上。而双重国籍无论对国籍国还是第三国都会产生严重后果。因此，必须通过国内立法、双边条约和国际公约等途径来消除和预防双重国籍问题的发生。

| Abstract: | From the enactment of the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China up to the present,ithas played a positive role in the acquirement,losing and resumption of the Chinese nationality.However,there arestill some aspects to be perfected,namely the dual nationality of children and adults.The dual nationality will dogreat harm both to the nationality nation and the third nation.So we should dispel and prevent the occurrence of thedual nationality. |
