| 摘 要： | 构建警察权的控制体系是和谐社会的必然要求。可以考虑按照比例原则、司法控制原则和程序正义原则,在建立系统的内部机制,加强司法机关对公安机关的监督,强化公民的权利保护和树立程序正义理念等几个方面对警察权进行控制。

| Abstract: | Constructing controlling system of police power is the inevitable request of harmonious society.Based on principle of proportion,principle of judicature control and principle of procedural justice,we can control police power through establishing inside mechanism,strengthening judicature organs' supervision over public security organs,intensifying the protection of citizens' rights and setting up concepts of procedural justice. |
