中国法律信仰制约因素的理性思考

公众对法律的信仰是中国法治化进程的内驱力。而现在 ,公众法律信仰的虚无已日益突显。“法律必须被信仰 ,否则它将形同虚设” ,因此 ,要想把法治精神内化为中华民族的整体精神 ,我们必须努力去寻找法律信仰的制约因素。

Rational Analysis of Restricting Factors of Belief in Law in China

The belief in law by the public is the inner impulse of the Chinese consitution.However,it's getting more and more obvious that the public is losing their believes in law.Law must be believed in,otherwise it can exist only in name,so if the spirit of ruling by law is to be transferred into the spirit of the Chinese nationality,we have to exert ourselves in searching for the factors restricting the belief in law.
