竞争法视野下体育赞助的探析

摘    要:通过对体育赞助相关定义、性质和分类的分析,在结合竞争法基本实际的情况下。得出竞争法规制体育赞助市场行为具有可行性。在此基础上,确定了竞争法在体育赞助市场中适用的范围,分析了不同的反竞争纠纷类型。并进一步分析其中存在的一些基本问题,并提出了解决的策略。

Abstract:Makes an analysis of the definition, the nature and the classification of sports sponsorship, meanwhile, in combination with the actual circumstances of competition law, we know that to regulate sports sponsorship by using competition law is feasible. So based on this, we can confirm the applicable scope of competition law in sports sponsorship market and analyze the different types of unfair competition. In order to reason out the general problem it may exist, and put forward solving tactics.
