浅论终身学习与职业人生

摘    要:国际劳工组织提出口号要"为终生具备就业能力而终生学习"。生产力的发展是终身学习的根本性成因,人的全面而自由发展是终身学习的主体性成因,人学会与自然和谐相处是终身学习最广泛的社会性成因。成人的学习动机源于职业提高、社会交往、社会刺激、外部期望、服务社会组织、认识兴趣六种需要。要完善继续教育制度,建立终身教育体系;要利用现代远程教育,不断完善学习人生;要利用职业组织的"诱因",不断完善职业人生。

Abstract:The National Labourer Organization put forward a slogan: "Lifelong study for lifelong posts". The basic reason of lifelong study is the developing of productive force, and its principal causes are Man's developments both in an all round way and on their own. The social cause for lifelong study is Man's getting on well with nature. The motives for adult study originate from six needs: the promotion to a higher office, the social contact, the social stimulation, the external expectations, the service for social organizations, and the cognitive interesting. To strengthen continue education, set up lifelong education system, make full use of the modern long-range education and the "causing " of professional organization, we must continue to perfect our lives of schooling and our lives of occupation.
