| 摘 要： | 为了满足青年生活、学习、成才、个性发展、民主参与等需求,应建立党政统筹的青年工作联席会议(或政府统筹的青年事务委员会),设置政府所属的青年事务局,并加强共青团与青年事务局的分工协作等,从而真正建立青年事务管理体系。

| Abstract: | To meet the needs of youth in their life, study, personality development, and democratic engagement, we must set up a unified committee of youth work affiliated to the party and government function and a bureau of youth affairs belonged to the governmental administration to strengthen the responsibility division and cooperation between youth league and bureau of youth affairs. The might be helpful to the establishment of youth affairs management in a real sense. |
