| 摘 要： | 监外执行是我国一项重要的刑罚执行制度。目前，监外执行在实践中仍存在一些问题，如何对监外执行的社会服刑罪犯进行全面的监督管理，文章对完善监外执行管理提出了相应的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Enforcement-outside-prison is an important punishment-enforcing system in our country.At present,there are still some problems in enforcement-outside-prison in practice.This thesis gives some relevant advice and countermeasure on how to supervise the criminals outside prison and improve enforcement-outside-prison. |
