| 摘 要： | 警察队伍管理以人为中心，以组织为载体，有其内在的规律和特点。警察队伍管理的基本点是警力，出发点是素质，归结点是效能。在队伍管理系统中，需要采用多种方式和手段，行政管理、思想政治工作、社会监督就是其中的重要手段。警察队伍管理在表现形式上呈现出信息化、程序化、规范化、客观化的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | The management of police is human-centered and organization-carried,which has its own regulations and characteristics.The management of police bases on police force,beginning from the quality and ending in efficiency.In the management,we should use various methods.in which the administrative management,ideological and political work and social supervision are the most important measures.The manifestation of the police management is characteristics of in-formatization,normalization and objectification. |
