| 摘 要： | 黑社会是犯罪亚文化群中较为典型的形态 ,具有较为成熟的社会基础和生存空间。本文对黑社会亚文化的若干特征进行了剖析 ,并对其嬗变趋势作了进一步的考察 ,提出了相应的社会矫治措施 ,以便促使黑社会亚文化瓦解并纳入主流文化当中。

| Abstract: | The underworld sub-culture, which has mature social basis and developing room, is one of the typical forms of crime sub-culture. The present paper analyzes the features of underworld sub-culture, examines its evolution tendency, and proposes the corresponding measures, so as to disintegrate it and bring it into the main culture. |
