| 摘 要： | 政党执政的合法性资源陷于枯竭,将直接导致执政地位的丧失。"三个代表"重要思想为中国社会转型期的中国共产党的执政活动提供了新的合法性资源。依法执政是夯实中共执政的法理基础的根本途径,执政效率是贯彻和实现"三个代表",证明和衡量执政合法性程度的依据和标准。

The important thought of Three Represents" provides a new legitimate resources for CPC's ruling activities during social transition. Ruling by law is the basic way to strengthen the legal principle foundation of CPC' s ruling. Ruling efficiency is not only to carry out and realize the basic demand of Three Represents "thought , but to testify and judge the basis and standard of nding legitimacy.</td>
