| 摘 要： | 发展是党执政兴国的第一要务。要促进高等教育的发展,必须紧紧围绕发展这个党执政兴国的第一要务,进一步加强高校领导班子和干部队伍建设。为此,应坚持以实践“三个代表”重要思想为根本要求,着重把握高校领导班子和领导干部善于抓住发展的能力,围绕发展的需要选人和选善于抓发展的人,切实搞好高校领导班子和干部队伍的教育和管理。
