| 摘 要： | 发展教育,是建设"文化珠海"的重中之重.珠海要实现"文化盛市"目标,必须建设"教育强市(区)",最大限度地提升人口的素质,营造较为浓郁的文化氛围.斗门区是珠海市西部的一个行政区,斗门建设"教育强区",对珠海提升人口素质,促进经济和精神文明的发展具有重要意义.本文在分析斗门区"教育强区"的有利条件和不利因素的基础上,提出创建斗门"教育强区"的建议.
