| 摘 要： | 我国行政诉讼法规定了检察监督的基本原则,但由于缺乏相应的具体规定,实践中难以操作,使基本原则确立的要求难以实现。完善行政诉讼检察监督制度,对促进行讼检察监督权的正常行使和行政诉讼制度的逐步完善具有重要意义。

However,because of the lack of relative specific regulations,the prinicple is hard to be operated in practice.Perfecting the system of administrative prosecution supervisition is of great importance for promoting the apdication of the supervisition right and perfecting administrative prosecation system. |
