浅议女农民工劳动权益保障体系的构建

城乡隔离、社会保障体系发育滞后和发展资源缺乏是导致女农民工劳动权益体系滞后的主要原因。建立女农民工劳动权益保障体系需做到以下三点:改革制约农民工劳动权益保障实施的相关制度体系;建立适应女农民工特点的社会保障体系;积极推进在性别平等主流化基础上的政策认可和组织化,建立女农民工劳动权益保障体系的发展机制。

A Brief Analysis of Constructing Female Peasant Workers' Labor Rights Security System

City-town segregation,the lagging of social security system and lack of development resource are the main reasons resulting in the falling behind of labour right security system of female peasant workers.To solve these problems,three points must be done: firstly,the corresponding systems must be reformed which confine peasant works' labor right security;secondly,social security system accustoming to female peasant workers must be set up;thirdly,gender equality based strategy approval and organization must be progressed,and the according developmental system must be established.
