邓小平理论两个发展高峰之比较

党的十一届三中全会前后和南方谈话前后是邓小平理论发展史上的两个高峰。这两个高峰在指导原则、政治保证、价值取向等方面具有一定的共性,但它们所达到的层次和深度有所不同,后者比前者具有更高的历史水准。其原因在于,中国改革开放和中国特色社会主义现代化建设实践的进程所能达到的深度不同。这个问题的研究对于我们今后坚持理论创新具有重要的启示意义。

The Contrast of the Two Developmental Peaks as to the Deng Xiaoping Theory

The periods of around the 3rd Plenary Meeting of the 11th Party Congress and around Deng Xiaoping's"South Tour Talk"are two peaks in the developmental history of Deng Xiaoping Theory. There exist certain general characters on guiding principles, political guarantee, value choice, etc. But the administrative levels and degree of depth which has got are different. The latter has higher history standard than the former. The cause is that the different depth decided by the all-round way of reforms and open to foreign world and socialism modernization construction with Chinese characteristics plays an important role. The study of this problem is beneficial to the theoretical creation in the future.
