| 摘 要： | 现代公司制度的理念追求是全方位的,既要追求公司的自由效率,又要追求公司活动的社会安全;既要追求公平,又要追求社会正义。由此导致公司制度理念之间不可避免地存在交叉、重叠、矛盾和冲突。对此,应弄清公司制度诸理念之间的内在关系,认真把握各理念追求的实现途径,对公司法律制度的改革和完善具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The pursue of modern corporation system is omni-dimensional: it should seek for the freedom and efficiency of the corporation,the social safety by the activities of the corporation,fainess,as well as social justice.Such ideas will conflict and overlap each other in the operation of corporations.Therefore,it is of great importance to make clear the relation of each,and undersand the status of each in the system of corporation,grasp the method to realize each,in order to reform and perfect the system of corporation. |
