| 摘 要： | 现代民族国家的发展充分体现了民族共同体具有的现代政治色彩 ,而观念意识是构成现代民族国家软实力的重要因素之一。中国在实现现代化的和平崛起中需要软实力的聚集 ,这不仅涉及实践社会主义的政治发动 ,还需要新的适应当今时代潮流的民族意识的启发和调集。新的民族意识必然更具有开发性、进取性。

| Abstract: | In this article:The development of a modern national country fully expresses the modern political trend owned by the national community.And the ideology is one of the key factor to form the modern national country's soft power.During the process of achieving modernization and uprising peacefully,China need to join the soft power.It refers not only to the political activity of practising the socialism,but also asks for enlightening and assembling the new national awareness fit for the current in the modern times.The new national awareness certainly has more development and advancemant. |
