| Abstract: | Updating our mind is the precondition of social reform.In the significant social transformation process,it is needed to change the out moded ideology to keep pace with new situation.Reform and innovation are the fundamental factors that determine the catching-up process and scientific development.Furthermore,emancipating the mind has to follow the rules.As to Guangxi,it is needed to emancipate the mind on the basis of local situation and have a world wide outlook. |
