| 摘 要： | 住房抵押贷款证券化始于20世纪70年代的美国。随着我国住房产业的发展,住房抵押贷款的规模迅速扩大,实行住房抵押贷款证券化管理势在必行。完善国内金融基础环境是加快推行住房抵押贷款证券化的关键。
