论加入WTO与领导班子结构的优化

加入WTO对我国各级领导班子的结构建设提出了新的更高的要求。形成合理、科学、优化的领导班子结构,是我国领导班子建设的根本目标和方向,也是我国加入WTO后,迎接新挑战、赢得新发展的关键。为此,笔者从系统论的角度,认为搞好领导班子结构建设的根本途径是积极运用系统理论,促进领导班子结构优化,最大限度发挥领导班子的整体效能。

It is China's entry into WTO that brings forth a newly higher request to the pattern building of the leading body in every grade in our country,so to form a reasonable,scientific,optimum pattern of the leading body is either the aim and direction to form the pattern building of the leading body in our country,or the key to face to new challenges and to obtain new development.Therefore,the writer of this passage ac-cording to viewpoint from system theory,suggests that the foundational way to do the pattern building of the leading body best would be to actively use system theory to boost its optimization and exert its whole efficien-cy unlimitedly.
