| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会的全面转型,社会的政治生态环境也发生了很大变化,一些极具负面效应的政治行为也初见端倪。近年来,基层人大选举中出现的“贿选”行为正是这种大背景之下的一种腐败现象。文章在对基层人大“贿选”行为的内涵、特征进行分析的基础上,探究了这种行为产生、发展的社会历史根源,并尝试提出相关对策。
