| Abstract: | In the process of realizing the aim of a well-off society in Yunnan Province simultaneously with other provinces,the key lies in the rural areas,and difficulty is with the poor people.We should ana-lyze the causes of difficulties and conditions to solve the problem by understanding the basic situation of the poor people of Yunnan so as to explore the approaches of development accordingly. |
