| Abstract: | It is important significant to transfer the agricultural labour force in our country's deficient de-veloped regions.This kind of transfer has been made in a special way.At present ,the transfer is restricted by many factors,so we should adopt related countermeasures to deal with the restriction,and to efficiently carry out the transfer. |
