| Abstract: | The difficult and key point to fully build a well-off society are in rural areas,and the essen-tial ways to solve agricultural questions are to move rural population to non-agricultural industries and become non-rural population.At present ,it is an importance to search for the effective outlet of speeding up running and transferring surplus rural labor in Yunnan. |
