| 摘 要： | 虚拟经济是相对独立于实体经济的一种虚拟资本独立化运动和价格决定的经济活动，具有规范性、复杂性、高风险性的特点。虚拟经济在促进社会资源的优化配置；为实体经济提供金融支持；分散经营风险；带动相关产业发展等方面起重要作用。同时，又会造成产业空洞化；容易引发金融危机；对实体经济造成巨大冲击等消极影响。因此，我国应适度发展虚拟经济，防范泡沫经济的产生。

| Abstract: | Fictitious economy is a kind of fictitious independent operation of capital and economic activity decided by prices,independent of substantial economy.Its features are that it is standard,complex and with high risk.It has the positive function of promoting the optimized distribution of social resources,providing financial support for substantial economy,dispersing risks of operation and bringing along the development of related industry.Meanwhile,it has the negative effect of causing the hollow industry,leading easily to financial crisis and bringing great blow to substantial economy.Therefore,in our country we should develop fictitious economy at a moderate degree and be on guard against lever and foam economy. |
