| 摘 要： | 近年来北京工会工作取得显著成绩,并得到全国总工会和兄弟省市工会的高度认可。正是"调整适应,改革创新"总体方针的确立使工会工作逐步顺应北京独特的政治环境与职工队伍、劳动关系状况,顺应党和政府在新时期、新阶段对工会组织参与和创新社会管理的新要求。在深入实践、大胆创新、曲折前行的过程中,北京工会对自身定位做出更加准确的判断,这就是建设服务型工会。
