| Abstract: | Trade union organizations in enterprises are the important foundation of trade union in our country.It is of vital significance to give full play the role of trade union and explore the channel and method of doing its duty in order to promote the development of an enterprise and to firmly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers. |
