| 摘 要： | 多数对中国草根组织的研究都将"合作"视为草根组织处理与其他组织间关系的最佳行动策略.基于对一个草根组织的个案研究,发现:其一,"合作"并非总是草根组织与其它组织优先选择的行动策略,为了避免不必要的风险,(与政府相关部门)"不合作"可能是边缘草根组织经常选择的策略.其二,面对不同类型的组织,草根组织可能采取四种性质不一样的行动策略:拒绝(不愿合作)、避免(不敢合作)、默许(可以合作)、欢迎(积极合作).同时,提出了一个"依赖-信任-决策者"的分析框架,对草根组织行动策略进行了解释.

| Abstract: | Most researches on Chinese Grass Roots Organizations(GROs) regard that "cooperation" is the best action strategy of GROs to handle the relationship with other organizations.Based on a case study of a GRO,the paper finds that:firstly,"cooperation" is not always the preferred action strategy of GROs and other organizations;secondly,facing different types of organizations,GROs may adopt four kinds of strategies:refusal(unwilling to cooperate),avoidance(dare not cooperate),acquiescence(can cooperate) and welcom... |
