| 摘 要： | 心理契约是当代管理学与管理哲学所关注的一个重大主题，本质上是一种情感契约，是指组织与个体彼此间对于对方所抱有的一系列微妙、含蓄的心理期望，而这种心理期望则随着环境的流变处于不断的波动状态中。基于系统论对心理契约的概念进行解读，其实质是把心理契约如实地看作是一个动态的系统，而不是心理现象的简单堆积。

| Abstract: | Psychological contract is a significant topic of modern management and manage philosophy. Its essence is a feeling contract and implicit mutual expectations between organization and individuals. It is not static, but dynamic and changing in shifting social contexts. The author analyses the psychological contract concept on the base of systematic notion, and views the psychological contract as dynamic system in stead of psychological phenomenon. |
