规范化法学教育实习基地的改革与完善

法学教育作为连接理论与实践的桥梁,其现状并不能满足当前法治实践的基本需求,折射出有的教育模式有偏离实践教育基本方向的重大迷失。基于客观存在的现实弊端,依托政法院校的天然优势,建立法学实习基地已然成为弥补这一缺失的共同认识。然而遗憾的是,尽管法学教育实习基地的建设已经蔚为壮观,但是在数量趋增的背后却较难看到高质量实践教育的成效。因此,对现有法学教育实习基地进行充分利用与资源挖掘,在实习基地与政法院校之间设置更为灵活有效的沟通衔接机制,根据法学学科的不同特点来打造专业化法学实习基地,通过规范化重塑来唤醒实习基地的应有机能则是未来完善的重心所在。

The Reform and Perfection of Standardized Base of Legal Education and Practice

The legal education usually serves as a bridge between the theory and practice though, the status quo of which fails to meet the basic requirement of current legal practice, reflecting the great loss of nowadays edu- cation pattern being deviated from the aim of basic practical education. Thus it has been a common view, due to the objective flaws in the reality, to take the natural advantages of universities of political science and law and to establish legal practice base so as to make up for that loss. Regrettably, however, magnificent the establish- ment of legal practice bases is, few high quality result of practical education has been achieved from the in- crease of quantity. Therefore, what should be attached importance to are digging the resources and taking a good advantage of current practice base of legal education, setting up a more flexible mechanism for effective communication interface between the practice base and the universities, and building the professional practice base of law based on the different characteristics of disciplines, and realizing the function of the practice base via standardized remodeling.
