| 摘 要： | 当前中小型网络的管理现状不容乐观,主要表现为企业对网络发展缺乏危机感、对网络管理存在暴富心态和企业管理中的业绩导向制约着企业中人才的培养等问题。做好网络建设的完整规划和设计、提高管理意识、建立人员培养长效机制,是改善网络管理现状的良策。

| Abstract: | The present small and middle net management is not satisfactory because the enterprises lack risk consciousness,have the mood of being rich overnight,and their accomplishment trend limits intellectual cultivation.So it is the best way to improve the present situation to wholly design and plan to net construction,improve management consciousness and set long-term effect system to intellectual cultivation. |
