| 摘 要： | 建立一个全国范围的网上英语自主学习中心能给所有英语学习者构筑起一个学习英语的平台,使学习者能够不受时间、地点的限制,只要打开电脑,登陆英语自主学习中心,就能找到适合自己的英文网页.本文就建立该中心的必要性、最终目的及如何建立这样的学习中心等问题作一点探讨,以期进一步推动个性化英语自主学习和英语教学方法与手段的改革研究.

| Abstract: | The construction of a nation-wide on-line self-access English learning center will make it possible for all English learners, with a click to log in, to have easy access to a web page that is most suitable for them to learn English without the limitation of time and place. This article discusses the necessity and final purpose of the construction of such a center and makes some suggestions about how to build the center, with a view to further promoting research on individualized and autonomous English learning and English teaching methods and approaches. |
