| 摘 要： | 近年来 ,城市外来人口犯罪形势严峻 ,给城市治安带来了诸多问题。本文从我国二元经济结构入手 ,应用“社会反常状态论”等犯罪学理论初步探讨了这种犯罪现象 ,并提出了对策。
